What is the Pipaffiliates Partner Program?
Pipaffiliates belongs to XEMarkets.com, and it is a partner program where you become an affiliate partner and earn commissions according to the trade volume of the clients you refer to XEMarkets.com.
XEMarkets is the registered trade name of Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd, a European Union and CySEC regulated forex broker company, authorized by FSA and operating in accordance with the MiFID.
What is forex?
Foreign exchange trading (also known as forex or fx) means that traders and investors trade currencies. Forex is a global interbank market with a trading volume of over $4 trillion a day, and it operates nonstop during 24 hours, offering practically everyone the opportunity to make profits by buying and selling currencies online.
As the most liquid market and with the biggest trading volume in the world, forex offers continuous opportunities for making money, irrespective of market and price movements. Its use of leverage increases trading potential according to traders’ account sizes, and it allows them to buy and sell currencies quickly and at current market prices.
Who can become an affiliate partner?
Anyone can. Whether you have a high-traffic website or a blog, or you just know a large network of people who are interested in forex trading, you are welcome to join the program.

Does it cost anything to join?
No initial investment is needed on your part to become an affiliate. As long as you are an active affiliate, all you need to do is keep referring clients and collect your commissions.
What do I need to do to become an affiliate?
All you need to do is sign up with pipaffiliates.com. As soon as your registration has been approved, you can access your partner account and start referring clients to www.xemarkets.com
How do I register?
Simply go to www.pipaffiliates.com and sign up by clicking Register new account on the website homepage. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a confirmation mail from us with an activation link, your unique affiliate ID (login details), as well as the links and banners, which you can use to direct clients to www.xemarkets.com.
Once registered, you will be assigned a Personal Account Manager who will be available to assist you with any questions via email, Skype, or by phone during your cooperation with the Partner Program.
Must I be experienced in forex if I am an affiliate partner?
Not necessarily. You can become an affiliate partner and refer clients to www.xemarkets.com to earn commissions even if you do not trade forex, or you are new to forex trading.
However, it is a great advantage to know at least the basics services provided by XEMarkets so that you can better target your potential clients and those who you think may be interested in forex trading.

How do I refer clients to www.xemarkets.com if I have a website/blog?
If you have a website or a blog, you can simply place your unique partner links and/or banners/logos/ad texts on any of your website/blog pages. The more visitors click on these links and banners, the bigger traffic you will be driving to www.xemarkets.com, and the greater the chances are for client conversion.
The traffic driven through these links and banners will be tracked and linked to your affiliate account. This identifies who your clients are.
How do I refer clients to www.xemarkets.com if I don’t have a website/blog?
[spoiler]Offline advertising can be as profitable as online advertising. If you don’t have a website or blog to place links and banners, there are several other ways to attract clients:
People who you direct to XEmarkets register with www.xemarkets.com through your partner link, which is important because this is how our system tracks your referred clients and calculates your commissions.
Does my website/blog qualify for the Pipaffiliates Forex Partner Program?
All websites/blogs qualify for featuring our marketing materials except for sites that promote illegal activities, or are of pornographic nature, or engage in spyware, malware, or deal with black hat SEO techniques involving cookie stuffing.

How can you help me promote XEMarkets on my website/blog?
We can help by providing you with a series of marketing tools and even customize our advertising and marketing materials to your needs and in your own language.
However, as an affiliate your personal input is also necessary: your profit potential completely depends on how efficiently you use the materials we provide you with and the number of clients you refer to www.xemarkets.com.
What marketing tools can you provide?
So that your client referral is successful, we provide you with simple-to-use and effective marketing materials.
Can I use the XEMarkets banners and links on more than one website?
Of course, you can. The more websites you promote us on, and the more marketing material you use to promote us with, the more visitors you will be re-directing to www.xemarkets.com. This will result in higher traffic conversion for us and in higher commissions for you.
In how many languages is Pipaffiliates available besides English?
Currently, the homepage is only available in English, but translations in other languages are upcoming. However, as a registered affiliate partner or introducing broker you have the option to select from Italian, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and Russian. Further languages will be added here, as well.
With the help of the Language option on the login page, you will be able to access your partner account details in your preferred language.
My account registration was confirmed. What comes next?
1) Log in to your partner account by entering your username and password. Remember to set the language of your preference in the language option in the top right corner.
2) Campaign set-up
Click the Campaigns tab to create your first affiliate campaign and give a name to it (e.g. Client Campaign 1) → Select the Campaign type (Trader Campaign for clients, or Sub-affiliate Campaign for referring further affiliate partners) → click Add.
3) Download marketing creatives
To download our banners/logos/ad texts and feature them on your website/blog, click Launch Ad Server → select the Campaign for which you need the creatives → atBrands select XEmarkets to refer clients to www.xemarkets.com, or Pipaffiliates to refer affiliate partners to www.pipaffiliates.com → select the Category, Size and Language of your preference → click HTML Code or JavaScript Code → copy-and-paste the code in your website source code.
The system automatically inserts your unique partner (tracking) link in all banner/logo/ad texts codes. No additional action is needed on your side.
4) Partner link
If you do not want to download any marketing tools (banners, logos, text ads, etc), we will simply send you your partner (tracking) links by email.
Where do I find my static/flash banners and links?
Log in to your affiliate account → go to Campaigns → Ad Server, and you will have an overview of all the banners and links that you can choose from.
What is a sub-affiliate partner link?
It is a unique tracking link that you can use to refer further affiliate partners (sub-affiliates) to www.pipaffiliates.com.
Apart from the commission you earn for referring clients to www.xemarkets.com, for each of your sub-affiliates you earn 10% of their affiliate commissions.
Do you only offer marketing materials in English?
Currently, Pipaffiliates offers online marketing materials in 13 languages, and many more are upcoming.
Can I use promotional material other than what Pipaffiliates provides me with?
You can find the answer to this question in our Terms and Conditions (see page 21, par. 25.2).
When do I actually start earning commissions?
You start earning commissions when the clients you referred to www.xemarkets.com open a real trading account and start trading. Once your clients close 1 standard lot, your commission will show in your partner account within 24 hours.
How much will I earn and how do I get paid?
Our commissions start from 30%. This means that as an affiliate you will receive USD3 per 1 standard lot traded by each of your referred clients. However, we are flexible and reward you on performance: the more clients you refer, the higher your rebate scheme.
Your commissions are paid in USD dollars on the 1st business day after 15th of each calendar month either into your XEMarkets trading account, if you have one (minimum withdrawal $50), or via our available withdrawal methods (minimum withdrawal amount is USD100).
Where do I see my commissions?
In order to see all your commissions, log in to your affiliate account → Reports → Statistics. The reports are automatically updated every 24 hours.
What withdrawal methods can I use?
You can request withdrawals via bank wire, Paypal, Neteller, Moneybookers, or Liberty Reserve. All withdrawal fees are covered by XEmarkets.
It is also possible to directly transfer your commissions to your XEMarkets trading account, if you have one, and either trade with it or withdraw it by credit card, Neteller, Moneybookers Skrill, Liberty Reserve, wire transfer, Moneygram, WebMoney, SOFORT, iDEAL, or China UnionPay. No additional withdrawal fees are incurred.
What is the payment threshold?
USD100.
How often are commissions updated?
Our system updates all commissions every 24 hours.
What is the min. amount earned before I receive my commission?
1) If your commission is over USD100, you can have the amount transferred directly to your XEMarkets trading account:
Log in to your affiliate account at pipaffiliates.com → click the Account tab → click Change next to Account Settings → set Auto-request on Threshold in the drop-down menu under Payment request → select your preferred payment method → fill in the necessary details → click Save.
2) If your commission is under USD100:
Send us a mail to support@pipaffiliates.com, indicating your account login details (username and email you used to signed up with Pipaffiliates) and request the payment.
Payments are made on the first business day after 15th each month via wire transfer, Paypal, Neteller, or Moneybookers. Transfer fees for transferring commissions from your partner account to your trading account are covered by XEMarkets.
3) In order to withdraw your partner commission from your XEMarkets trading account, log in to www.xemarkets.com → click Withdrawals → select your preferred payment method → fill in the necessary details by following the instructions for that particular payment method → Confirm the withdrawal.
There are no additional withdrawal fees incurred. Transfer fees for withdrawing commissions from your trading account are covered by XEMarkets.
Remember that withdrawals can only be processed if the name used for your XEMarkets trading account is completely identical with the name you used for Pipaffiliates. You can read more about how to withdraw funds here.
Third party withdrawals are not allowed.
How do I see my referred clients?
In order to see a list of your referred clients, log in to your affiliate account, and go to Reports → Traders’ List. To see a complete list of your clients (traders), you need to select a date range from the drop-down box next to Report, and click Run Report.
Remember that it takes 24 hours for the system to display any new clients on this list.
Where do I see my payment history?
Log in to your partner account, and click Payment History under the Payments tab to see your total earned/paid commissions and account balance. To see the history of your payment requests, click Payment Requests under the Payments tab.
Who can I contact for support?
You can contact us by phone at +357 25029900, or by email at partners@pipaffiliates.com, or by logging in to your partner account, clicking Support and sending us your inquiry online. Our working hours are 07.00 – 16.00 GMT.
How can I retrieve my password/username?
Simply click Forgot Username/Password? in the upper right-hand side corner of the Pipaffiliates homepage, enter your username and email (used for registering with pipaffiliates.com), and click Send. You will shortly receive your new password via email.
If you have forgotten your username, send us an email to support@pipaffiliates.com (from the email address you used to register with pipaffiliates.com), and we will send you a new username.
How can I change my login and password?
Log in to your partner account, select User Settings under the Settings tab, click Change User Login and Password. After this a new window opens, where you must enter your new Login, Password, Repeat Entry, and Save the changes.
